Also, I'm still Shocked'd.

Sounds about right. after all ~70% of all accounts are in higsec, and most people run L4s, so nerfing rat bounties and L4 mision rewards would slow down/halt inflation.

Do things increase in price automatically all by themselves? If so, is there a vantage point from which one might view this supernatural marvel?
