It seems to me he either wrote a program checking people he meets in-game or made a program that searches his logs for this kind of info. Since he's asking money for the information I doubt that it's done with an in-game export function Smile

I think he has done this by writing a bot that scrapes killboard kills for people invovled and their ships.

For example.

You might have to use a different mask tho, but everything you'll need is in the EPIC documentation ;)
