Of the two, the Ishtarr is the pick because you can dump sentries. Cost is 260M ISK apiece. The reactive armour hardener would do well in an extended RR tanking situation. 5 minutes cap life with energy transfer pairing - cap boost when neuted by Upholders. Best in threes.

HAMSac = HAM Legion = PWN. So if you extricate your cranium from your colon, train HAMs, and realise Amarr can use missiles, you will be able to fly a damn good PVE HAC, and then become a godlike being of pew pew in a HAM Legion.

Of course, my experience with people flying Amarr toons is that cross-training skills into what you lot assume is "other races skill trees" is tantamount to asking you to, I don't know, learn something aside from F1.

I of course am a Minmatar toon, so I can now fly damn near everything aside from Gal and Amarr T2 BS's. Which is basically only missing out on the Redeemer and the Paladin. But such is the life of a Minmatar character: good early on (yay rifter), OK for a long while, and then some sexual magnet with swiss army knife god skills after 75M SP. C'est la vie.
