I have mailed this to Hans but I want all CSM to read this, as well as other players so I can get some feedback.

As we know some CSM members know some fields better than others - some are more interested in certain fields more. This has been apparent during CSM elections but now such information has been left behind.

What i am proposing is this:

Create a list of each CSM members Priorities and Specializations. A simple list that outlines what fields of Eve each CSM is good at and what fields that particular CSM member is keen on improving.

That way pilots who come up with proposals know whom they can contact for the specific topic - whether to gain some critique or perhaps provide most interested CSM with firepower for the upcoming debates and presentations

This shouldn't affect the amount of incoming mails to the CSM - only the destination. and perhaps faster turnout of ideas: since CSM member familiar with the topic would be faster in deciding whether the proposal is viable or has flaws.
