Data Sheets: Change Their Volume...

I'd like to suggest a volume change to Data Sheets (used for BPO copying).

Currently they occupy 1 m3 per sheet, I think this should be made 0.01 m3 to match things like BPOs/BPCs (and even salavge). Like BPOs/BPCs the Data Sheet is also a paper product and I think it would be inkeeping with said items.

My main reason for suggesting this though is that as an item used in the BPO copying process their volume currently causes problems with the logistics of moving them ..considering the number of Data Sheets I require. I use the Data Sheets in the process of doing my inventing, which at times is quite a lengthy process, having to make numerous trips to haul Data Sheets to site seems unnecessary when you think I can move tens of thousands of BPOs/BPCs (and salvage) in the equivalent volume.

I see that Data Sheets are an NPC seeded items and as such traded by players. Going by a recent forum post where claims of 36b a month were made from NPC seeded items I guess this change in volume would potentially make this item more lucrative due to how many more could be hauled because of a volume change. I would suggest (if possible) that the NPC Buy Orders be somehow capped at a much lower value so as to discourage traders but still allow those players that get them in missions and such the option to sell them to NPCs (for a nominal value of course).

During my post I mentioned that salvage has a smaller volume than the Data Sheets, I guess this was due to the practicalities and volumes of this item being used, changing the volume of Data Sheets would also help with the practicalites of using them.

Alternatively the number of Data Sheets required for a copying job could be changed to 1. Big smile
