done 5 missions today. got:

3 times mission a
1 time mission b
1 time mission c

next in line was mission b again.

is this a normal circle?

That's... the wrong question to ask.

Missions are handed out based on a limited pool that is restricted by faction, region, and ultimately the agent itself. Back when I was tracking such things, I found that agents only handed out between 10 and 25 total missions and that some were more frequent than others. That was for L4 agents though, and the pool of possible missions is smaller for lower level agents -- so presumably the total mission pool for those agents is smaller period.

So assume you're looking at a pool of around 10 missions for a given agent. The odds of seeing some sort of pattern in the missions that are handed out are astronomical; that's just what the human mind does. The odds of there being some sort of mathematical pattern in reality, however, are actually rather slim.

So, is this "a normal circle"? Sure. The odds of you being handed those missions in that pattern isn't bad. But it doesn't have any predictive power and you shouldn't be surprised when the pattern "breaks".
