EDK Forum Syndication Permission Issue

Installed a fresh EDK killboard tonight and hit a hitch; when trying to syndicate mails from our old board, I get this;

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /killboard/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any advice? I've installed a couple EDK boards before and not hit this problem previously, but my knowledge in this area is limited. Guessing it's some form of permissions issue, but I'm not sure what to alter.
