Display Setting/UI Profiles

Being able to save and load display and UI profiles (maybe going as far as all client settings that don't require a client restart) quickly and easily without restarting my client or fiddling with the individual settings would be very handy. For instance I have three 'profiles' I like to use.

Profile 1: Two screen, high graphics. Screen one shows me my ship and basic controls (targetting, overview, cargo, things I need to access quickly) while screen two houses my chat, market, fitting, etc. This is my main 'EVE has 100% of my attention' profile.
Profile 2: Single screen (main screen), high graphics. Screen one has everything on it in a standard layout. This is the profle I use when I want to watch a movie, chat, read a guide or do something passive on the second screen.
Profile 3: Single screen (alt-screen), low graphics. Screen two has everything on it at a lower graphic quality with the window size shrunk down and the UI panels stripped down to the basics. This is the profile I'm using right now when I want to do something that takes the majority of my attention but I still want to do some simple task like mining in EVE.

These are fairly simple changes but they quickly become hard to manage and are slow to change (particularly when I have to reposition my UI panels). With the ability to save setting profiles locally and hot swap them I'd be to go much further and create situational profiles. Being able to hit a shortcut button and go from mining mode to emergency escape countermeasure mode in a few seconds would be really helpful.
