Webifier drones

Web drones seem to have the same stacking problem they've always had. As a result, they're going to be essentially useless unless their webbing amount changes dramatically or stacking penalties are removed. As an example, the boats that could use them most have 40-50 MB/s drone bandwidths, and with current stacking, the most webbing they can get is 29% and 34%, respectively. Even with 3 or 5 heavy drones, these are still not even as effective as a meta 0 web, and can be destroyed easily because they're intentionally very fragile drones.

Are there any plans to fix webifier drones? I see a few options to fix this:
1. Make the EW Interfacing skill buff they web amount of these drones
2. Make stacking penalties not apply to them, which seems hard to balance in large fleet fights
3. Buff their webbing amount but keep stacking. Making the webbing amounts 28/15/8 would give 40/45% webbing at 40/50 MB/s bandwidths, still well less than even a T1 web, with 5 heavy drones webbing at 60%, the effectiveness of a T2 webifier, for example, and essentially completely stacked out (a 6th drone would only be 3% effective!), so actual webbing modules from webbing ships are still preferable.
