Yeah, I know alot of people will hate this BUT:

Damp/Tracking disrupt bombs. If you're within the blast radius, you will be damped (or whatever) for the standard duration of the current single target mods.

Can cap the # of ships effected or reduce the effect depending upon how many are hit.

as soon as they're launched from the launcher, bombs are completely independent of the host ship. Even killing the host if he/she does it wrong.

So, no. You can't target the bomb, how would you even hope to apply this affect?

You mean like...a Lockbreaker bomb?

sounds like hes talking about a Lockbreaker that that damps only. Not sure why you would damp over lockbreaker. But im all for more variety

Just doesn't make much sense that a bomb would leave an effect over time, then we'd be talking a weapon that damages a specific subsystem, which has been discussed to death :p
