Otherwise, same as any C1/C2 ship, minimum 70% omnitank, weapons that can reliably hit medium- and small-sized enemies, the rest of your slots dedicated to DPS.

Perhaps the community isn't the problem. Maybe if you posted a fit that you think might work and asked for help on that fit instead of demanding that the community do your work for you? I don't want to hear the "I'm tired" crap and using that as an excuse to be rude on the forums is terrible. Do some homework, come here with questions instead if demands and you might get a better response. I have a nice fit that I use for C2 sleeper killing, I'm not going to give it to you until you post something here that the community can look at.

OP, just like I fired up Pyfa and stuck some mods on a Raven to see what fits and how it would work, you could do the same before posting here. You're far more likely to get a positive response and constructive feedback if you provide a starting point for the discussion. The prompt/question can have a lot of effect on the ensuing discussion.

... will get a very different response from:

Those torpedo and cruise missiles are going to be doing fck all damage to C2 sleeper rats, most of which are frigate and cruiser sized. I don't always post on the forums, but when I do, I prefer posting with my main.
