Currently? CCP's inability to tell what some players say from what EVE players actually do.

But on more general terms, EVE is suffering from the alienation of mature players who can't revolve their whole lives around a video game.

Multiboxing and alt accounts.

Being limited to one account per person would solve SOOOOO many problems.

Yeah... that's why it'll most likely never happen. Wishful thinking.

I think for me it is how gates in the game work. I wish when you used a gate it randomly ports you into a systems space - exit points for gates should all be generated randomly. Unless you are fleeted up. Then all the fleet members would port to the same area of the system as the wing or squad commander.

Whiney players that can't adapt, but then turn to a higher power God CCP to fix the problem.

But same whiney players say other whiney players need to adapt because God CCP doesn't need too, excluding themselves from "Adapt or die"

Case in point: Titans vs Hulks (not fighting it out cause I know everyone just jumps to conclusions

1. Titans kick ass with XL guns against subcaps, having a huge weakness in their tank doing so.
2. Hulks get their ass kicked, having a weakness by design flaw

1. Players whine to get the titan nerfed, even though it was ment as a fleet buster.
2. Players whine to get the tank of the hulk buffed

1. CCP nerfs titans, because we all know you just as easily move into capital ships instead with better tank
2. Players say the Hulk pilots need to fit tank, CCP doesn't need to buff it.

Now, does anyone else notice the same issue? Its not the fact that the hulk or titan are different ships, but its the people involved who

A) Can't adapt out of their subcap fleets
or
B) Can't adapt out of their crappy cargo expanded ship

CCP needs to fix one problem because a bunch of players can't smart up and start flying capital ships, but players need to smart up and not leave their AFK cargo expanded ****** ship.

Why can't CCP un-nerf Titans and both the sub cap pilot smart up just as much the hulk pilot needs to smart up to fit tank...

^^ tl;dr - Players should adapt themselves, not whine to fix the issue then spout other players need to adapt when CCP steps in for one situation but CCP should exclude the other. Its obvious that if your ship is exploding for whatever reason that you are at fault for flying the wrong ship or fitting, the other guy pulling the trigger is not at fault...but suddenly its the fault of the guy exploding to fit tank (in the hulk's case) but not the guy exploding because his ship can't tank the power of XL guns (in the Titan's case).

Just one example of many:

Local, structure mails and the directional scanner.

lack of under developed features being improved upon, whic is slowly getting slain.
