EVE Fiction

Afternoon (assuming it's the afternoon where you are),

My apologies if this is the wrong place for this, I'm looking for a little critique on a little bit of EVE related writing a did a while back. I used to write a lot when I was younger (it says in small letter at the very top of my CV "At the age of fourteen I had a successful writing career, at the age of fifteen I did not"). Anyway, playing EVE for the last couple of years got me writing again and I thought I should share it. I'm rusty, but hey, if you don't throw it out there you'll never get feedback.

I should also confess that my knowledge of existing EVE fiction is fairly restricted to what's thrown in your face in game. If there are glaring contraditions or inacuracies a) please let me know and b) please forgive me.
