Oh funny thing, when you put "goons", "500 mil" and "scam" together in a Google search it result in a ton of forum post talking about scam...

After the patch we're giving the market some gentle supply restriction, like tying one wrist to the bedpost loosely with soft silk rope. Just enough to make things a bit more exciting for the market, not enough to make a safeword necessary.  -Fozzie

I'd just like to say that as an Independent investigator, auditor, and arbitrator, Tauren Tom is top notch, and his prices areoften so low it -costs- him money! Having worked with him in the past on contract disputes, I highly suggest investing in his services if you can't come to middle ground with the security directors directly.

I've had fun trolling some of the Goons who recruitscam in Jita. They can actually get quite pissy when they realize how much of their time you're wasting.

Also, I continue to assert my suspicion that these threads are largely goon-created, a way of waving their arms in the air and yelling "Hey we're still here! Don't forget we exist!"
