Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Not sure wtf I am getting this error. Had it happen before, and the only way I was able to fix it is to destroy every route I'd created one at a time until it let me save my changes, and then do it all over again, not actually changing anything I did before. The full error message I'm getting is:

"You are unable to create a shipping route for Enriched Uranium, as it is not produced at the route's origin."

I've double and triple checked every facility. All of them have enriched uranium installed, and all have a single route going to the silo.
