Getting NPC Orders

Hey devs,

I'm wondering if anyone here has thoughts about how to get the locations of NPC orders for a given item. Unfortunately:

- the Eve-Central API doesn't feed them
- the Eve-Central daily order dump files doesn't have them
- the Eve-Marketeer API doesn't feed them
- there is no Eve-Addicts API for orders
- the Eve-Marketdata API doesn't feed them
- Jitanomics site is a) in Russian and b) doesn't seem to have it anyways

Is there a way to get NPC orders from the static DB dump or something? ANYTHING??

Needless to say that no NPC orders are stored in SDE. They fall under the same mechanism as player orders.
No market driven site can have that info unless a player uploads that info with an uploader.
