Launcher, no splash screen, rundll32.exe spikes cpu

Strange issue, started today after not running eve on my laptop for a few weeks. Anyone seen this before or have suggestions?

double click to run, no splash screen.. rundll32.exe sits to about 25% cpu load and eve.exe runs but does nothing.. if i end process on rundll32.exe, eve.exe poof dissappears..

i've done 2 full repair.exe cycles.

did a complete uninstall, reinstall .. same issue :(

Is anything appearing in the launcher/cache/launcher*.log? If that fails try renaming/deleting the cache folder in case it's cached some bad data.

Yea I ended up blowing away the whole game and every cache folder I could find, and reinstalled again and it's working now.
