Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I have 3 computers. Here are the specs:

Computer 1 - Eve runs perfectly fine and fast
Windows 7 Pro x64
AMD Phenom Triple Core 3.4 GHz processor
AMD Radeon CrossFire X 512 MB Graphics
4 GB Ram
128 GB Solid State Drive
Dual Screen
Wired Ethernet Connection

Computer 2 - Eve runs perfectly fine and fast on this one as well
Mac Book Pro 15"
OS X Lion
4 GB Ram
2011 Model
Wireless Ethernet Connection - N

Computer 3 - Eve runs unbelievably slow and takes forever to load any graphical anything.
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
AMD Phenom II 6 Core 3.00 GHz Processor
16 GB Ram
1.5 TB HDD - Primary
1.5 TB HDD - Secondary
AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
-Total Graphics Memory Available - 8959 MB
-Dedicated Graphics Memory - 1024 MB

As you can see computers 1 & 2 both function fine with Eve and are lower quality than the one that doesn't work with Eve. I can't figure it out. I've tried setting the video settings to the bare minimum and it helps but its still really slow and glitchy. I've also tried setting the resolution to a lower setting and also putting it in both windowed and fixed window mode, neither helped. The other two computers have the video settings to the maximum and run fine. Any ideas or tips please I'd appreciate it.
