Hulkageddon Permit - A reply to Andski

Since I can't "contact" permit offering player Andski, I shall post it here.
Not totally irrelevant for everyone and just posting my point of view.

4th - There's something known as Respect. I respect your game and hopefully you guys will respect mine. An idea will be for a player to be ganked only once during the event. Let's try not to build your fun on other's suffering. For you and your friend's consideration.


Having mentioned the above, I respectfully decline your offer. I'm not a carebear but I just believe in respect for others. Getting gank just happened to be part of the game which I had already accepted long ago.

EVE is probably the wrong game for you. Folks are out there to play their game. If that doesn't include your game, you'll have to stand up and fight for it.

Remove standings and insurance.

Nope, getting gank is just part of the game. Disliking this part of the game doesn't mean I dislike the game itself. It's still fun.

But do not mix up game and real life. These are two very different things.

James, good for you for not paying for this ludicrous permit. It IS a scam. You do not need to pay anyone in order to do what you want to do in-game....

........errr...with the exception of CCP of course, heh-heh-heh, whoops.
