7B Bond/Loan with collateral @ 14.2% - 3 Weeks [CLOSED]

Hello.

I really don't know what to call this if either a bond or a loan. But right to the point; I have some BPOs which have been gathering dust for a while and I have decided to use them as collateral for liquid ISK.

What do I do?

I'm a Jita 4-4 station trader and probably one of the guys that pisses you off with the .01 isking. Sorry!

What's the collateral?

I have 10x Tornado BPOs (10 ME, 10 PE), hopefully it can be accepted at 700m per.
I will also throw in a Capital Construction Parts BPO (100 ME, 50 PE) which goes well for over 1B and should cover any difference.
All at Jita 4-4.

What will you do with the ISK?

Trade.

Why 14.2% and only 3 weeks?

I'll pay 1B so I can use your 7B for 3 weeks. I'm terrible at math but I think 1B would be 14.2%, right? And the reason why it's only 3 weeks is because I don't need 1 month to make that 1B interest plus any other profit I get. Let's keep it short and sweet!

Someone we can both agree with. I'm guessing Chribba?

Investor

Since I get a boner for Simplicity I want to deal with ONE investor only, preferably someone who's nice and likes to play dress up at night. So post here or shoot me a mail in-game if you are interested. I'll get back to you if I decide to work with you. Then we can go over the collateral and 3rd party.

Any questions, corrections, opinions or concerns?

Confirming that I just received the above stated collateral plus other for additional safety measure.

Loan will mature at midnight EvE on June 3rd 2012.

I will also stop accepting to hold further 3rd party collateral for now, since I am at Chribba levels of exposure and don't have a robust exit strategy in case of my demise ATM.

I have issued a 3 days contract for collateral plus interest back to Cigarellos.

Since his stated 14.2% is a bit inaccurate I stuck with the OP stating "I'll pay 1B so I can use your 7B for 3 weeks".

Probably. Although it obviously means that they're not acting as a 3rd party since there are only 2 parties involved. Blink

Grendell does too (no idea about Chribba).

I happen both to hold collateral as profession and to have money to invest, when the 2 things coincide... I won't say no. Cool
