With the first news about the Inferno patch it seemed like CCP was going to do the ship rebalancing with the patch. I guess they figure if they do it one ship at a time it won't anger the entire player base. Some of CCP's patch ideas are like something else that comes to mind. At least CCP is going to shove it in a little bit at a time so it won't hurt so much :-)
