You have the Tengu skills of a 4-5b Tengu pilot, the rest is a mixed bag.
He looks like a first character due to the amount of level 1 and 2 skills, people prefer fewer, higher level skills when purchasing, which is going to hurt your sale price a little.

I'm not sure whether the Thanatos plan is a good idea unless you are keeping him long term, or plan on selling as just a sitter.

I think 7b may be top-end for this character, but it all depends on who is shopping for a character at the time of sale!
