Adjusting ship labels to different fonts and dynamic colours?

Hey guys,
I was watching this video here, and really enjoyed the green funky ship labels so I got it and it looks awesome in game.

However, I was wondering if it's at all possible to modify it to use a different font apart from the ingame one? And if the font colour could be defined by standings/gang/corp e.g. war targets are red, neuts grey etc.?

I have a feeling that since this is something which is defined by a simple .xml file that it won't be possible, but it's worth asking...

Dynamic colors are not possible.
