Turning in Commander and Officer tags for Security Status Gain

Am I doing it wrong? CCP Greyscale mentioned you would be able to turn in commander and officer dog tags to increase sec status as part of the new crimewatch system, but I can't figure out how to do it. Am I doing something wrong? Are there certain agents I need to turn them in to? Has anyone else been able to check this out?

As far as I am aware, that's not a part of Inferno

It's supposed to be part of crimewatch. Here is CCP Greyscale talking about it in the Crimewatch thread
