I have been searching everywhere I can find for a Nemesis blueprint, but I cannot find one. Does anyone know how to obtain this kind of blueprint?

I don't think the BPO exists for this, but maybe someone else can correct me.

they were given out years ago by a lottery system wich is not running anymore. allthough BPO`s are still in the game but fairly rare. They sell often via ingame contracts or sell-order section on forums. Since they are quit rare, I´d say you are looking between 70 bn and 110 bn for a nemesis BPO. there are basicly T2 BPO`s of all ships but marauders, Black ops and Jump Freighters, so there are some nemesis BPO`s out there.

@brewlar people
he only asked where he cna get one, he didnt ask for your opinion on T2 BPO`s or if they should remain in the game. Just saying.

There is a some what complicated process that starts by obtaining the T1 BPO of the T2 item you want to make. You than make a copy of the T1 BPO, this is a fairly simple and well know process. Then you take your T1 BPC place it in a research slot and perform invention on it, I have very little knowledge of this part of the process. Although I am sure there are quite a few experts out there that can help you. Once the invention process is complete you will now have a T2 BPC, and of course you will need to repeat this process once you have used the limited number of production runs.

checked everywhere but google it seems, which as a general rule, is where you should look for everything first.

http://community.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=870327

most recent google hit for a nemesis bpo sale, bidding never went above 25 b and the sale didnt happen.

Im not sure if its been sold by now to someone else, but itd be a pretty easy bet that the price would be way higher then the 35 b buyout he listed there.

Its not possible to please all the people all the time, but it sure as hell is possible to Displease all the people, most of the time.

yea thats from 2008...you can expect that most T2 BPO`s will cost at least 3 times as much nowadays. A manticore BPO got sold a cople weeks ago for 89bn I beleive, but I wouldnt be suprised if a nemesis BPO could reach 100b or more.

Invention, in a nutshell:

1: Acquire the appropriate T1 BPO (Tristan Blueprint) and copy it. Or buy a copy from contracts. ME/PE do not matter. Generally just use a 1 run copy.
2: have the skills at at least the level mentioned. Higher is better.
Gallente Encryption Methods 1
Gallente Starship Engineering 1
Mechanical Engineering 1
3: 'invent' with the copy, in an invention slot. You'll need 1 Incognito Ship Data Interface (not used up) 2 Datacore - Mechanical Engineering and 2 Datacore - Gallentean Starship Engineering (datacores are used up)

Your base chance of success is 30%, modified by your skills, by a formula I'm not going to go into (http://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/invention/ will calculate for you. just set the base chance properly and adjust the sliders)

This will give you a -4 ME -4 PE BPC, with 1 run.
This can be adjusted by use of a decryptor, which is used up. If you're wanting to adjust the number of runs, use a max run BPC, otherwise leave it as a 1 run BPC.

Running the numbers to see if it's profitable for you is fairly simple.

((Cost of BPC + cost of datacores+ cost of invention slot + cost of decryptor) * chance of success (0.3151 with everything at 1) ) = cost of the blueprint per successful run.

Run the numbers /before/ you buy anything.
