Gallente vs. Minmatar ships. pvp wise(new player question)

Minmatar for speed HACs and BC's.
Gallente for Battleships.
Caldari for support/BC's.
Amarr for a little bit of everything.

Rupture is a great if not the best Cruiser, frigates have a variety of good ones, Cane/Harby/Drake are great BC's and the Maelstrom/Dominix are great Solo BS.
