Wondering what kind of ships/setups are needed to take on the 4 bs's/frigs or cruisers in the class 5 and 6 C320/c540 ladar sites.

Just make sure all the ships land at the same time, not staggered over a minute or so.

Two well trained guardian pilots and 1 dps ship. Any t3 will do here.
Let the dps ship align to the site ,guardians should have 0 speed. Then the dps does a fleetwarp and voilà; dps ship takes initial aggro, guardians can setup their rep/energy transfer chain

ProfitShocked

you can probaly solo the sites aswell in some passive tanked nighthawk or a 100 mn kiting tengu but i havent tried that...

While all this might work, I would not recomend it. It will take too much time Roll personal pref I guess.

OP asked whats needed to finish them. and as a minimun that is 2 guardians/dps(for armor .atleast in the c6) RR tengus are probably also very much viable (never tried it though) Ofc you can jump some dreads in and do it much faster, or add more dps.

This.

Spider tanking FTW in wormholes, it really works if done right.

you can actually ignore the sleepers and instrumentals by approaching the 320 cloud from the far side since the sentinel BSs only have 70km agro range.
im not 100% sure this still works, i know they tweaked some agro mechanics in the last patch, but it definitely used to.
at vitals you can suck the 320 before the sleepers spawn if you have enough ships.

if you want to kill them, 3 tengus works well.

Can be done with two RR Tengus in Catalysmic C5.

They always seem to aggro one tengu which is neuted empty, but other one keeps repping him.

I still would recommend 3 RR Tengus to make it less risky

If you are solo just ninja the sites. Yes that still works
At minimum it is going to take 3 characters to take the BS's out.

Logi or RR
Doesn't matter.
Basically any of the above scenarios will work

You can do it easy in a carrier (a little DPS orbiting it REALLY helps though).

Or a solo Rattler can do it, if you have the balls.

2 guardians and a vindicator work great. A solo dread might work too; since you land on them and they will burn away, tracking shouldn't be an issue.

Seen people do it with 1 nightmare and 2 logis - unfortunatly never been in a position to jump them when I've seen it :(

One of our guys does it sometimes with 2 tengus by kiting their activation range and pulling 1-2 at a time.

Easiest and safest aslong as you have the WH locked down is to drop a carrier and a couple of tengus in.

For these RR tengu's, has somebody got a fit I could go off of?
