FW Sov Mechanic Question

I probably missed it in the (long) thread about FW changes on SiSi, but I have a quick question about stations and the new sov mechanics in FW.

I'm aware that we will nolonger be able to dock in enemy stations while in FW, but if I am, say, with the Gallente, and we take a Caldari system that is full of Caldari stations, will the Caldari stations "change" to Gallente stations after downtime when the sov flips so we can dock in them? Is there some other mechanic in place, or is it just a sov thing such as "Caldari own this system, you can't dock in this system"?

_It's very simple, really. If you see Tengus on scan, they are ratting. If you see a shitload of Tengus, the Russians are blobbing. If you see Proteuses on scan, they will be on top of you in about a second. If you see a shitload of Proteuses, the big boys are having a goodfight. _

I wasn't sure how far they are taking that mechanic. It would make sense that they wouldn't change (that'd be a lot of work, I'm sure), but lore-wise I don't know that it would make a lot of sense. Or maybe it would. "You own this system, so you can dock here now".

Not sure if any of that is making any sense or if it's all just in my head...

Another question that just came to mind: what about those FW corps that may have an office in a station when system occupation (sov?) changes? Are they suddenly out of luck (and goods), or will they be grandfathered in to station access, or just given the general idea to move out prior to the next patch? Seems kinda chicken-**** to have a corp that's been around for years suddenly have to bug out or lose their stuff, but hey...

From reading the devblog there will be plenty of notice, but I agree that it's kinda crappy to have an office somewhere and suddenly lose it. Though it does fulfill the notion of giving you very good reason to protect systems. An answer to this would be nice though.
