Since when does CCP use the launcher to advertise for corps?

So, what now? Our alliance once tried to train Rookies but nearly all of them are joining RvB/EveUni. We tried to advertise but since RvB has a monopoly on that with CCP helping advertise for them. Its a little unfair don't you think?

What next, an advertisement to tell people to find the nearest goon and try to join?

CCP stop showing corporations/alliances favoritism. It ruins the game for everyone else.

1.5 billion ISK and you can have your own ad there so no, not really. They still appear to be accepting ads for July and October's editions.

The advertising for the advertising is only done in EON. Buy an issue and it will tell you who to contact to advertise in the next EON(Includes a login-screen ad too).

CCP added LCOs to the game because they realized how awesome I am.

They also added CQs and the NeX store to attract more morons to the game and make my corp a true superpower.

Yep this advertisement crap, shouldn't be allowed, i work my ass of recruiting then some random corp goes and get's it self advertised for recruitment because it's big...

I have no issue with this, honestly hope Eve-Uni gets advertisements as well, as it is we dont have enough corps that new players can get help getting started in the game with... So advertising the major ones that are dedicated to stuff like that is only ever good... I mean its not like there advertising AAA or Goons lol

They cant do the Goon thing. New players may balk if they thought Goons sponsored by CCP (cause it was advertised in the launcher) at giving them money when they already paid their $15 for the game. BUT Who knows? The way ppl throw money at games nowadays...
