Getting alliance tickers by using AllianceList.xml is woefully inefficient. Websites often time out when waiting for a response these days. Even while loading from a browser Chrome just said it stopped responding and gave up on it twice, I had to tell it to wait for it to respond.
You can open up the response time true, but most hosts wont allow you to do this up to the amount you need.


Please could you make a query XML much like corp. Where you can specify the alliance you are after and it just shows the details of that one with a required CAK Access Mask of 0.


PS: If there is another way to get an alliance ticker without a CAK Access Mask please let me know.
