[BUG?] FW high sec docking

I can think about this feature what you want: you cant dock in enemy low sec, this is working as intended.

But why in hell can i still dock in enemy high sec?

Just think of it as a odd law/treaty that was passed, like the no whale hunting in ... some landlocked state in the US, can't remember what one.

Really though, if I had to stretch for a reason it would likely be some concord based requirement, that in areas that are secured by concord, a capsuleer engaged in faction warfare must be allowed access to dock at Empire stations, provided the only reason they would be refused docking is because of the war.
And as such this would not apply to low sec.

You're right, they should also make this enemy HiSec as well.

they should lock you out of all systems controlled by an enemy, including hisec AND lowsec not directly a part of the war.
