Hi,

Can I rep a tower in high sec without getting concorded??

Does it flag me to anyone attacking the tower?

Yes you can rep but I'm not 100% sure it will transfer agro from any attacker but it probabbly will. You can how ever sit with your nose just outside theshield and rep. If targeted scurry back into shield unless you get alpha'd.

Putting external mods on high sec towers is pointless anyway. All high sec towers are invunrible to attack via shedding war dec's by changing allince ie Dec shielding. Just before your tower goes into reinforeced mod join another allince. This will insure the attackers war dec is removed before tower comes out of reinforcement.

If your high sec tower is ever attacked the best thing to do is to place lots of shield hardners and then at the last second dec shield to waste the attackers time and isk, fitting external mods just means you will have to rep them all up which is a pain and pointless.

Hey I don't think this should be allowed but it is or has it been fixed yet?

It does, wardeck avoidance has nothing to do with what mode your tower is. How ever, in near future ccp is changeing wardeck mechanics and after that wardeck avoidance dosent work as it currently does.

Yeah but it's better to give yourself some margin of error. It can take upwards of 24hrs for Dec Shield to work so best appl ybefore you enter reinforced mode. As stated external mods on high sec pos's are pointless unless you really don't want to shield. Simply placing a secure can called POS protected by a Dec Shield will discourage most war decs. If you are dec'd just shield harden it to what the guys are firing and at 10% shield , apply for a dec shield from an allince.

Just let the tower die. Repping up a tower without carriers would be hell.

If you want to save your tower using Dec Shield you must apply and be accepted before your tower enters reinforce. It takes 24-25hrs to join an alliance once accepted, and then another 24hrs to drop the war once you leave the alliance. Thus 48-49hrs to rid yourself of a wardec. A tower in highsec can be in reinforced for a maximum of 41hrs, which is not enough time to get rid of a war in time to save it. You must apply and be accepted to Dec Shield before your tower gets reinforced if you want to save it.
