Calling troll, to obivious OP asking about mining in a cap ship in highsec and references the C-man himself yet is confused by the rules which are obivously available through google FFS or failing that, calling in the powers that be without running to the forums unless OP was just looking for attention.

I recall a Nyx was sighted in Jita just the other day due to an improper GM reimbursement. Looks like IA needs to start checking the logs.

Also, OP could have been offered the ship in an attempt to get him to buy it, which would be illegal and possibly get him banned.

Now that is one item nobody should have gotten upset about.
It can't even mine, no drones and no turret slots.

And you can't exactly hide what your doing.

So what if the current owner of a highsec ship, sells his char but keeps its highsec capital? (The capital stays at the sold original owner char.) Is that illegal too?

In short CCP is keeping tabs on those ships.
I would say just send CCP a mail or open a petition letting them know.

Well i am not buying or selling such thing, and i dont want to clutter the petition system with questions who arent that important.
