MERLIN - Missile slots gone. tear tear.

The Caldari Merlin needs at least one more missile slot for a total of 3. And another low slot while you're at it. I am tired of flying Caldari ships and finding out that half of the turret slots are not for missiles. WTF. I am Caldari. I shoot missiles. Give me more missile slots.

But CCP went ahead and took away my missile slots. But they added a low slot. Not bad. While they're at it, CCP needs to add an additional med. slot to the Kestrel and give the Kestrel a grey version of the Manticore body. Same basic ship.

Kestrel is a fine, uber-cheap, throw-away pvp missile-frig. Merlin is still better. Hookbill is the best of the non-T2 bunch.

A merlin is both a harpy and hawk, its just a young baby that hasn't decided it's future yet. It is decided by sacrifical cerimonies that involve hundreds of ibis's and one Golem witchdoctor.

TL;DR: OP is crazy and doesn't know what he is talking about.

I know right, who flies that thing? It should have torps, like a real Caldari ship, not hybrids. The Talos is the hybrid boat.

It's called a Caracal. Instead of wasting time training the Destroyers skill, you get to train the much more useful Caldari Cruiser skill.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

I don't get it, the Merlin offers a bonus on hybride turrets and a resist bonus, now why would it need more missile hardpoints?

When you want to fly missile frigates Kestrell, Hookbill, Hawk..... Manticore

Leave the Meriln alone, it's about the only true Caldari ship (Hybride, Missile Shield, Okay it could use some EMC) there is and although ery skill intensive, when you're propper trained for it it's a realy good Frigate.
