Launcher stuck on patch 367569

For the last week every time I've tried to play eve through the launcher I've encounter the problem of the launcher continually dowloading a 970mb patch file. Patch build 367569 - 368460 was the start of it all.

The launcher went through the creating patch, downloading the afore mentioned patch build and then installing it. After this happened the PLAY button remained grey. I then went to launch eve again and the launcher went through the same process again and again and again

Short of having to do a complete download of the Eve client i'm at a loss to what to try next.

I have tried and sucessfully launched eve through the bin folder. However this is only a temporary solution.

Attempted solutions to this problem:

Update and run the repair tool
Download in manually inport patch from eve forums.
Run eve through the Eve.exe file

ideas any one?

The launcher keeps wanting to download the damn patch again :(

Edit: todays 970mb download is patch 367569-270424. Hoping it works
