How ever you can't go just by the number that site gives you. You need to take into account any specialization and general skill direction.

My personal view is 8b, given he has a bit of "all over the place" training.
Then again you could try to convince people he is a miner with teeth but then he could do with a million or two more in industry.
Again, just my personal opinion.

yea, i was training him as a miner then i wanted a mission runner too so i went for Mauraders 5
and its made for a Kronos

Well, I see this:

Very Good Gunnery,
Tight/complete ship training,
Good Drones,
Decent Engineering (needs a bit of work if you want T2 hardners for Hulk),
Navigation and Electronics needs work.

So, I figure you should be able to get 7-10B depending on the buyer.
