I'm sorry about the lack of information for this mini-patch we put out today. The truth is there wasn't much to talk about because it was all back end stuff, stuff like adding logs to improve metrics for staff and improvements to back end tools for staff. Nothing fancy and fun like Inferno will be but all stuff that needed to go out. We should have told you that anyway of course and we'll aim to do better for future patches.

So, will the logs now show something now?....maybe even a small something?

Can we at least get some sort of graph?

I'm not a scientist by trade but I think this pie chart I just made is a pretty good stab at science.

They cant do both? Youre saying theres nowhere theyre ticking off a check box somewhere to keep the erst of the team up to date on what fixes theyre doing when theyre doing the,? Well hell, no wonder theres so much broken in this game. Noone tells anyone what theyve fixed.

I'm pretty sure that I'm saying that they're far too busy fixing things that the whole team can't even stop to tick the finished box and they just start on the next thing. If they're on a roll, I don't want them to stop and have to get up to tick a box somewhere.

Edit: For those who commented on my orca comment. My comment was about the fact that they changed the orca in the first place without telling anyone (not in any patch notes). I was fully aware of the change. Just didn't know if they had put the change back in the patch notes.

Should change this to CCP's SOP when it comes to patch notes.

Letting us players know that the patch included nothing important is just as vital as letting us know if it did.

And with your history of breaking things that are not even being touched in the patch you need to be telling us everything that should be changing this way when something breaks we know.

Dident one patch make your PC not boot deleting the boot.ini file?

Ya ccp... think you proved we need to know "fun" or not.

(cause making the amarr bomber look like **** is fun, cause the new effects are "fun" forget nexus had better effects in 04)

You see, that wasn't all that difficult.

Every single patch should have notes, even if they are vague because of proprietary / backend improvements.

Why your project managers and/or those executing on the patch implementations aren't writing up a couple of sentences is beyond me.

Thinking is fine, but you also must be observant.

Yes it's easy to find what they published, but there was a patch just after downtime today. The launcher is so quick, most people don't notice a patch was installed.

I did notice it. I also know it isn't the 2nd of May. I was trying to be funny.

Joking aside, get with the patch notes and stuff.
