I couldn't find a list anywhere. I'm reasonably sure Battleships can't and BCs and down can but what about Hulks, Noctises and Orcas?

I'ts mass based, rule of thimb - anything below a BS. But if you have plates / mwd on a bc you may need to turn off / offline them.

The mass rules on a c1 are as follows:
-No capitals or battleships unless built in system.
-No orcas or freighters unless built in system. (stupid idea, never do it)
-Most battlecruisers, unless you've put large plates that up their mass on. A harby or cane with 1600s will have to offline the plates to get in.
-Hulks will not fit. Retrievers will.
Anything smaller than the ships listed will make it in. Aka, frig and cruiser sized sized.

Hope that helps.

anything with 20mil kg or less mass can jump in.
note that you can get unassembled hulks/covetors into a C1 in an itty but you cant get them back out.

One other thing worth remembering is that a HIC can enter a C1 if it has its bubbles up to reduce its mass.

Another thing worth remembering is that HICs don't have enough mass to need to run their bubble to get in.

I was always wondering... does this only apply to K-space <-> C1 holes, or can you sneak a large ship in through a higher class wormhole system?

All wormholes leading in/out of a C1 system will have the same single-ship mass limit regardless of their origin/destination.

For a double-plated Devoter, this is false, and if you enter from hisec or lowsec you will need to offline a plate. You can also, with the right setup, cause yourself to be unable to jump if you have your prop mod on. Which is rather luls.
