The Nosey Gamer gives us more tears from those caught botting. Enjoy, and keep up the good work Team Security.

And further to that article this one gives details of the developer of the bot mentioned being caught RMTing.

Screegs is so lucky that he gets to grief at a level we can't even hope to reach. He has the best job.

You asked me once, what was in Room 101. I told you that you knew the answer already. Everyone knows it. The thing that is in Room 101 is the worst thing in the world.

I have to admit I have been sorely tempted to sign up for some of these bot forums and troll the hell out of them just to see the tears. That could make some interesting blog posts.

Do you think those botters are dumb enough to use their ingame names on that botter forum?

"vicious666: 7 of my 84 bots got banned for 15 days + got ban on 2 non bot char who anyway where moving stuff around for the bots (such as freighter chars). "

Vicious666 exists ingame. Interesting.

Well some seem to be dumb enough to think that using bots isn't doing anything wrong and display immense rage when CCP brings down the ban hammer, so there is a possibility.

Why not? No one is going to infiltrate botting forums just to publish tears. That's crazy talk!

Is that like a full time job, do they run 200 bot accounts and just live off the RMT. That is scary. Now in full support to flagging people who have been caught RMT

No, not even close. Eve bots & macros aren't in the same league as WoW's Chinese prison labor gold farmers.

There are some, but the comments are from a bot forum that caters to a more hard-core group of botters, including a lot of people who sell to RMT operations. They take getting caught and banned as an occupational hazard. There are actually more tears over the fact that the bot developer got caught doing large amounts of RMT, has announced he will no longer work on his bot and doesn't want to make the engine for the bot open source. Those tears were actually kind of pathetic.

You feel that botters?

You have to wonder how many IP addresses they had/have available to them.

I know multiple accounts are normal in Eve but there must come a point when CCP gets just a tiny bit suspicious?

I know that some people on the forums like the Noob Tears, because they are so fresh and clean, some like the Carebear Tears because of the shear amount of 'waaaa' in them, some choose the Veteran Tears because they appreciate a nice aged vintage, and there are others that state that the Pirate Tears are filled with delicious irony....

However i think we all can agree that -

Botter Tears = Best Tears!
