ok i am ready to start skilling for a tengu for null sec lvl 4 missions.

can anyone suggest a fit suitable?
yes interdiction nullifier and cloaker subs are mandatory.

would prefer a t2 fit to start with so i can then adjust for faction/ded items.

yes i can use the caldari eccm implants. ( the name escapes me sorry ) ( talon? )
