DEVs advise NVidia?

Hello,

I plan to buy a new computer, and because I only play EVE most, is it better for me to buy an NVidia card? All my cards were ATI Radeons, but as I saw the fanfest and things like that, CCP mainly developing for/with NVidia first place (?), so maybe if I buy an NVidia, I'll have less graphic bugs or something (?). Sorry if this is a dumb question.
