3. Ability to fly a Capital or willingness to train into one.

4. Noticeable activity during your respective TZ.

5. Willingness to PvP.

6. Self-sufficiency. Our alliance covers most fleet reimbursements which are generous- covering most of the ship and mods but beyond that you are expected to make isk for additional expenses.

7. Ability to ACTIVELY use Mumble and Jabber. Members are required to be on a jabber client while logged in. This also acts as an alert for fleets.
