Looking for broadcasting Tool/Service

I'm looking for a secure (non-public) way to brodcast messages outside of eve.

We are using tweeter like services right now, but what i'm looking for is something that would allow to send messages taht are not visible to others

- Messages need to be accesible from stationary client (not web) like other IM tools (i heard one could use Jabber for this) - best if client would be available for PC and mobile
- Every member of "team" need to be able to send massage to all other members
- Every Team member have to be accepted by administrator
- Messages can not be visible to non members (unlike tweeter like services)

If you can recomend any tool/service, or if You can help out in configuring jabber service to have "groups" pls reply.

going to make this simple - Jabber does all that if set up correctly

jammer can be used on mnay phone i use it on mine.
