False SM3 Error + work around

To clarify this is not another thread complaining I can't play EVE with this machine, I can, it's just takes like 30 minutes to do.

I'm on an Asus 1215n, it is a netbook with a dedicated graphics card on it and optimus.

I know for a fact that it can play the game as I've managed to get it to work, not only did it work but with most settings on low and shader, texture, and shadow quality on high I'm getting a solid 45 frames per second, hitting 20 when it first loads environments but only for a few seconds.

the problem is that this requires me to install a non-Ion 2 nvidia driver (the ones for most gtx or geforce models) with a modified inf file that basically tells the drivers compatibility check to **** off. I thought installing it once would be enough but after hibernating over night I had to again twice now. (you can get this from laptopvideo2go)

Is there not some way to bypass this, I know that apparently on another game that has this same error, and that you have to specify ue3redist.exe to run through the nvidia card to bypass it, but I don't see that anywhere.

I can manage if I have to but I'd seriously prefer if someone else has any advice beyond "your computer can't run it, upgrade your gpu/computer" because I'm auto-piloting a mission in the background while I type this so clearly I can...
