Meta 4 1600 mm - 500 MW PG, 4200 HP
T2 1600 mm - 575 MW PG, 4200 HP
'Baily' 1600 mm - 450 MW PG, 4200 HP
Navies 1600 mm - 575 MW PG, 4200 HP (should be 475 PG)
Same for Syndicate.

I can't imagine I am the first person to notice this.

A lot of stats in this game don't seem to make sense.

Take the drone damage multipliers, it seems clear that the acolyte and the warrior's damage mods were switched, but no one wants to change them back (they rather have good warriors and crappy acolytes, than mediocre ones of both)

Fed navy blasters- consider the neutron blasters,
Meta 0 has a 1500 optimal
Meta 4 has a 1800 optimal (as does T2)
Faction has a 1580 optimal

In the case of all other weapons, the factionguns have meta 4 range, it seems like they meant to change the 5 -> 8, but did a typo and changed the nearby 0 -> 8

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the stats,
I could go on about other faction weapons (ie gallente navy 75mm and 150mm rails have longer base range than meta4/T2, but the 125mm fed navy rail has a shorter range... everything else is proportionally the same... why?

There are a lot of stats I think the balance team needs to look at again.

This. Also, look at the mass of the plates. If you've got the grid, go for the Navy.
