I'd be mighty interested to hear Exhales. side of the story, along with Surely You're Joking's & whomever DeathIaw is, i'm waiting on our own BR while i'm stuck playing forum warrior with exams.

I distinctly remember people complaining about batphoning & blobs in another thread :P but perhaps i'm jumping to conclusions...( i know nothing of the circumstances as of yet )

We were approached earlier the day with the promiss/outlook of a huge brawl ( 40-70 hostiles blablabla ) and left with heads down in shame when we actually saw what you brought to the field.

I've seen some wh blobs that came close to some of the bigger roams you regularly see in null. Enough that I couldn't even get a count. It's starting to get a little crazy in the higher-class holes.

Yeah we were promised a amazing fight against a large enemy fleet i can assure you we feel pretty ****** when it turned out we were the blob.

Two towers in the system with a ton of empty ships in the shields, both with no defense mods or guns. One tower had a couple of drakes, oracles, a broadsword and a tengu shooting at it. Our rapier slowboated over gets a point on the tengu and in come the frigates. We start killing everything. Meanwhile, covops alt watched their entrance wormhole. Proteus joins the fun and gets permajammed by the kitsune. A falcon and stealth bomber were both in system but chose not to engage apparently. I'm not brilliant at this but if the falcon had decloaked and jammed the kitsune at the very least it'd have delayed the proteus' death and allowed it to kill a few of us.

It was our first time taking the frigate fleet into a wormhole, I hope we do it again sometime. Despite the frustration of scanning it turned out to be really fun.
