Periodic FPS Drop

Here is an image of what I mean. For no particular reason the frame rate will drop from around 60FPS to around 10FPS for some amount of time then go back up.

It began sometime after Crucible 1.5 and hasn't been fixed in any patches. I have cleared cached even reformated my computer and the problem has remained.

I have a NVIDIA GTX 260M and can normally get 60FPS at certain settings.

All warfare is based on deception and logistics. Battles and soldiers are secondary priorities.

Yes. I'm on a Windows 7 64bit with 4 GB of RAM and a NVIDIA GTX 260M.
