Want to buy a VERY GOOD Loki/Legion or Loki/Tengu pilot with recon/hic/hac skills that I can step into a WH corp pew pewing like a champ.

Logi 5 would be awesome and must have good support skills that can IMMEDIATELY step into a WH without any concern.

Leadership skills would be legendary.

I have a mid "teen" bill budget...
