Love the new inventory window but disappointed to not see proper folders.

First I would like to say I love how the new inventory UI looks and works and I think it huge step in the right direction.

However, one feature I was expecting when CCP Soundwave (i think) said "Windows 95 functionality" was going to be the ability to create custom "folders" that items could be dropped into and segregated.

I know that in a stations you can purchase station containers that generally fill this roll, but in a corporate hanger array you have to deal with with relativity very small containers that do an awful job.

Then the logical step from here is being able to set user/group specific permissions on these folders/containers. I would assume this step would be outside of the current project scope but would make sense to be worked in with the Corporate Management rework that is taking place for Dust 514.

Thanks again for all of the hard work!!Lol

There is already a thread about this.

Why not just use a filter? i mean i'm hoping we'll eventually get the ability to do things like create a smart filter based on a FIT, that way oyu click the filter and walla all the items for that fit are shown in your item window... no need for folders and more segregation 1 big plop of items that sort out nicely based on the filters.
