Energized armor layer

Forgot if this was exact mod name as I never seen it before. It's a 15 percent bonus to armor with stacking penalty. Does this 15.apply to base ship armor or after plates rigs and implants? Would be nice if the latter.

They stack just like trimarks. The old name was regenerative membrane.

IIRS they're also just not used on subcap fits because an EANM or plate always gives a better armour buffer.

However I believe there are some capital ships which use them because of the hulls' huge native armour stats.

Someone else will prolly confirm/deny that.
